Easter Sunday

I found a local listing for a 1995 Roadtrek Popular 210 , Chevrolet 3500 with 165K . Going to look at it Monday or Tuesday.  Owner says its been sitting unused for several years.  Sounds a bit confusing,  he needs a shed built before he can empty out the van....... ????? Ok, I said Id come by and talk about what needs to be done.  His firm price is 7500.00.  sounds good, but condition will dictate if its worth price. not sure if he wants me to assemble a shed as part of the deal or what ?  Im not gonna walk away until I  follow up on this one. might be a good deal.

his ad, "Hello, No ...it is not yet sold..because we need to have to buy a storage shed 1st to put all of our RV things in...we need someones assistance 1st to assemble shed and transfer stuff into it before it can be sold..we will let all those that are interested when that gets done,,"

  1. I find the best way to buy an RV, motor home or trailer is how it looks. If it isn't showroom new inside and out it hasn't been taken care of be it 10 or 20 years old, especially the motor, trans and oil changes.

    1. Mike, very true. Maintenance is key. I never did go inspect the Roadtrek mentioned above. I was merely considering buying it to clean up and hopefully sell for a profit.I already have my Roadtrek and am familiar with working on and updating them. The deal became too complicated so I just moved on. Probably for the best.

      Regards,
      Ray
