Some words.

 The latest thing in my life is I'm back on my bike. It's been a few years,  not sure how many. I been focusing on weight lifting,  power lifting mostly.  I'm overweight and the short bike rides (2) so far have let me know I'm too heavy. So adjustments I shall make.  First ride yesterday,  only about 15 minutes as a test ride. Today did about 30 minutes.  A few inclines to get heart rate up, legs need some training for sure, but my breathing and cardio feels good. I was surprised I didn't feel overly winded. I sure felt like I was putting strong effort to the pedals.  So I'm secretly planning to commute to work soon, next week seems a good time to start. I figure a few more neighborhood rides to get legs back in the groove a little.  It's only a 3 mile each way trip.  A few inclines on roads, then onto bike trail and boom, I'm there.  Start ride at 330 am , kinda sucks, but also no or very few cars on roads .  

I purchased a new set of tail lights and a headband style white light. I'll probably get a handle bar mounted light also.  I'll probably take at shower at work upon arrival.  I sweat easily. So even a 3 mile ride I'll prefer to shower up .
